1.Is there a dress code for the wedding?
The dress code is semi-formal (suits and long dresses are preferred). We want to see our friends and family get dressed up! Tuxedos are not required. Please keep in mind that we are planning on having the ceremony and dinner outside, weather permitting. There is cobblestone and grass throughout the property grounds.
The average temperature in Sicily in mid-September, can be in the upper 70/80 degrees, at night the temperatures do drop.
2.Is there a dress code for the welcome party?
Summer Cocktail attire - think Sundress' and Resort Wear. For men, dress pants/shorts with button down or polo shirts. Please keep in mind this is an outside party, weather permitting. The party takes place on a lawn and so comfortable shoes are recommended.

3. Are there travel requirements?
From the fist half of 2025, U.S. passport holders traveling to Europe will need to apply for authorization through the European Travel Information and Authorization System (ETIAS) before their visit. Please access the following link further details: https://traveleurope.europa.eu/etias_en
4. Is there parking available for the ceremony and reception?
Yes, parking is available on-site at the Castello Lanza Branciforte
5. I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Yes, please let us know of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when the formal invitations' RSVP arrives.
6. Will there be transportation provided to the wedding venue?
Transportation to and from the wedding will only be provided from the Hotel Tonnara.
7. Can we bring Children?
We understand families may be traveling together. If your little one will be accompanying you, please let us know in your RSVP so we may plan accordingly.
8. What time should I plan to arrive at the Ceremony?
If you are not planning to take the provided transportation, please arrive around 5:00 p.m. to allow time for parking, and get settled before a prompt 5:30 ceremony start time.
9. When should I book sleeping accommodations?
We recommend you book at the Hotel Tonnara as soon as you can as the block of rooms we have reserved is first come first serve. Our wonderful Wedding Planner Raffaella (planning@sicilianweddingandevent.com) is happy to assist you if you need other hotel recommendations.
10. When do I need to RSVP by?
It is very important that you RSVP by May 31, 2025
